September Challenge

Time has been passing by and I feel as if I’m just going through the motions. Because of this, I thought the start of September would be the best time to start some new challenges! I encourage you all to think about what you’d like to accomplish and really set out to do it.

1. Blog everyday

I really overthink blogging which is why I have never been consistent. I’m going to post everyday even if I don’t feel like it’s well written.

2. Post a YouTube video once a week

That’s only 4 times this month! Totally reasonable.

3. Practice a language everyday

I’m currently working on becoming trilingual but it’s been a struggle. Apparently I’m not very good at learning languages and I definitely don’t study enough. Let’s shoot for 15 minutes a day. While I still don’t think it’s enough time, it’s definitely a more realistic goal.

4. Kick up the weight loss

I’ve been feeling detached from my body. I want to become connected again and what better way to do that than to nourish it properly and move it around?

5. Spend less

I have a spending problem so I will make it a goal this month to track everything I spend, work on spending less and hopefully pay off some debt.

These will be my focuses for this month! I feel comfortable that I can definitely make these happen since none of them are outrageous goals. Join me on the journey and share what YOU have planned for the month!
